Over the past month, we have made some significant changes to the NAREA membership program that I believe will be valuable to our members.

First, we have made it so all NAREA members, Basic, PRO, and CCA Designees have access to the Affiliate Partner benefits.

Second, a CCA Designee will no longer need to pay two separate annual membership fees for the NAREA PRO Membership and the CCA Designation. NAREA members will be identified as either a Basic Member, PRO Member, or a CCA Designee. PRO Members who complete the 12 CCA courses will be automatically upgraded to a CCA Designee membership. Both PRO Members and CCA Designees will have access to our forms library and the investment analysis tools for the same fee of $199 per year.
